hello can anybody help me. i install a touchscreen kit on my hp mini 2140. and i try to connect the controller to the cable that the webcam is connected. and the controller was burned out. at first i thought it was my fault. after after i try to connect a webcam from another laptop and then the webcam nurned also. today i install another controller to the webcam cable. and at once i notice that the controller was extemely hot so i disconnected it. fortunately i didnt burn this one. as after that i connewcted it to an exernal usb and it work..

so can any body tell me how much is the voltage output there.
i thought that all usb has 5v outut.
