Using Mini as a PHONE = Soft Phone?

Does anyone know if it's possible to plug in a headset and use the Mini as a cell phone? Assuming one needs software for this?

I haven't tried this but it might be possible with "Skype". Its success would largely depend on having a fast internet connection and you wouldn't necessarilly need an external headset (although would probably want one).

Skype works on all Windows devices, so yes that will work, I wasn'tr meaning to ask about that. Since the Mini with WWAN is essentially a very powerful, prettier, more usable and bigger Wndows Moblie phone, is there software to use it as a cell phone? It has a cell phone radio and accepts a SIM, and some (EEPC) versions run Android.

So ... there must be an application to run on the Mini (or any device with a cell phone radio) to use it as a cell phone.
