I did some forum searching, but I couldn't find this in one place? Has anyone found a way to underclock the gpu? I've tried the nvidia control panel, but it doesn't seem to work very well. It's slow and profiles don't kick in automatically.

What I'm trying to do is get two settings for my mini. I have wimax, so i find that most of the time I'm on battery and I'd like to get the most out of it. The only time I game is when the computer is plugged in and i'd like it to be able to run at max.

So what's the best utility for underclocking? I'd like to get it down to about 150Mhz on battery. Intel's GMA runs at 133Mhz, and that streams videos well enough. Has anyone tried this? Would the power savings worth it?
