MSN and webcam problem

MSN and the webcam of the Mini 311 are working properly when I just use the vidéo : other people and me can see each other.

But as soon as I ask for a "video conversation" , so audio+video : I can see the other, I can hear them, they can hear me , but they cannot see my webcam.

And about myself sometimes I can see myself ( but for the other it's just blank screen) and sometimes I have a red cross inside.

Does someone has a solution?

Hi tybo,
What operating system are you using?
Is this the manufacturer build or did you install it yourself?
What browser are you using? What version is it?
Do you have Flash installed, if so what version?
If using XP does the camera appear in "My Computer"? Does it display OK there?
Do you have a Gmail account? There is an option to test the camera settings under "Chat".
