inactive hard drive

hello guys,..does anyone know how to make hard drive active??...the problem come when i want to format my 5102 hp mini, the installation setup cannot find any drive to install new windows...FYI, i am using win7 as OS, and want to format new freshly win7...the disk management show display like image bellow...feel free to drop a suggestion guys..best regard comanche

1. Open Command Prompt
2. Type: diskpart
3.At the DISKPART prompt, type: list partition

Make note of the number of the partition that you want to mark as active.

4. At the DISKPART prompt, type: select partition n

Select the partition, n, you want to mark as active.

5. At the DISKPART prompt, type: active
