Help with Audio Issues.

I have an HP Mini 210-1100 running on winXP.
Sometimes out of the blue, the audio doesn't play, this used to never happen before, but only until few days ago.

If I click on the Volume control button in taskbar, I get an error (Check attached imag)

If I restart the system, the drivers get installed & the sound works fine... But it ends up happening again unexpectedly.

I have downloaded the IDT High Definition Audio Codec drivers from the HP site.. so each time this happens I install the drivers & everything works fine again temporarily.

Is there a way to permanently fix this.
