Bios update? (F.05)

Im about to attempt the OSX install..as all the hardcore nerds out there got audio working for us. I'm stoked...thanks guys!!!

But...i cant find ANY info (or the bios itself) to do the first step!!! help?

This is my first product from HP, and although I love the mini I'm very disappointed with HP's way to do things.

This Windows-only obfuscated BIOS updates are stupid, even more when they also sell the thing with Ubuntu...
