I am in HK and worst luck HP havent released this model here yet... maybe late august.
So if I can wait that long I will get one...
But if I can not I might just get a 110 as I need a netbook by 3rd week in August.

But out of interest does anyone have a 5101 yet ?

i'm in Australia and have heard it will be August 8 for the first orders of the 5101.

we can also buy directly from the US (or from forawarding agents ) but that could mean that we need an adapter for the charger. i'd rather wait since this is a mobile device.

I just got one in the UK, HP site said it was discontinued, and most places want to sell the 110 model, but i found a few online stores offering it here.
The price is very high but i desperately wanted one cos of the higher spec wireless / lan / 3g features etc.
i've got a 911A model, with the optional 3G, 2GB ram, 250GB hdd, high res screen etc.
it's awesome, and the default build with XP is pretty good.
Cost me £500 inc. tax and delivery. That's about $800, but that seems to be the going rate.
