702EA Upgrades and Questions

Just got a 702EA love it, but I have a few questions;
Will a touchscreen with a view area dimension : 224mm x 133mm (10.2") fit and work?
Will any 2Gb SoDimm 667Mhz work in the netbook?
Will any 3G Mini PCIe card work with an antenna and the built-in SIM card slot
(apparently?) or is there only one perticular card?
Also, whats the cheapest, bigger than 30Gb decent SSD available in the UK?
Good thing I didn't realise is that the little netbook can play 720p HD although
1080 HD is laggy unfortunately although I couldn't expect anything else to be fair...

Found a minipci-e SSD card: (ebay site, not sure if im allowed to post)
Im pretty sure it'll fit in the spare minipci-e slot but will it work?
And if I still keep the original 60Gb HDD in aswell for documents ect. Then the SSD for OS and programs.
But obviously using the slot will mean no 3G card there, so is there a 3G and wifi minipci-e card I could put
where the wifi card is at the moment?
10.2" Touchscreen: (another ebay link) will it fit and work?
Would this memory be okay: (another ebay link) what is the timings and speed of the stock stuff?
