My 311 is not booting even into POST.
Screen doesnt come on, power LED lights up and after blinking HDD led for 1 time, the caps lock start to blink with about 1-2 seconds intervals and just gets stuck there...
Not running overclocked bios.
What can be the problem?
I really hate to decommission this baby.
Someone whom have experienced this before pls share.
this happens with or without the battery plugged in.
Anything to do with the RTC clock?

Hum, never tried to boot with the RTC clock battery disconnected, so I can't tell you for sure.
Try the typical usb bios flash method to see if it helps.

nada... still unable to boot...
sigh...
did you add extra ram? remove and put the ram back, this helped me before when my unit has the same problem.
