I am currently selling my Mini311.
It has the 1.66Ghz N280, 3 GB DDR3, the Hard Drive has 221GB after format.
Windows 7 Home, Wireless N card. It does have two issues, first, the battery only holds about 10% charge, second, the tab key has been disabled because it kept malfunctioning, other than that it functions perfectly.
