[1116NR] GMA950 video issues

I just got this HP Mini 1116NR this past weekend because it seemed to be an excellent little netbook and used the guide at hpminimac.com to install OS X on it since I already had a retail copy of Leopard anyway. I have it to the point I have everything installed and working except video. The only resolution I have the option of right now is 800x600. I tried installing the GMA950 kext and the other framebuffer file related but that just seems to get me booted into OS X to a blue screen and it doesn't come up all the way. I just booted to an external drive to remove the offending kexts, but I still can't seem to figure out what I need to do to get video installed right. Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions for me? I tried to do some searching, but sometimes when your not sure what your searching for it doesn't do a lot of good.

I am following the install method located at hpminimac.com which seems to be the retail install method.
